The concept uses game mechanics in a non-game-context, also called Gamification. Daily activities and tasks are visualized in real-time to provide employees with information about actual goals and missions. Thanks to the individual visualization of the employee's performance and progress the stuff is able to decide for themselves what is important or meaningful to them. The software doesn't use points or badges as a reward element to avoid a focus on extrinsic rewards and is created to support the users by staying in the background and not to distract the user from his daily work routine.
